Child Health Issues

My baby girl is 9 months old and she has a runny nose and sneezes in between. At night, she was sleeping only on the shoulder and when put on the bed she used to cry. I am not sure when to start medicine in such cases she does not have a fever or cough. Also, which medicine should I give and what should be the dose? Another general query, is it really safe to give cold medicines for babies under 2 years of age ?

My baby is 1 year 5 months old. He got rashes on his bum as seen in the pic. It present only on one side. Is this diaper rash or any other skin infection. Please confirm. It is itching , he was scratching it . Kindly help. Thank you

Hello Doctor, my baby is 7 months old. We talk and play with him daily, and he often replies in his own sounds. When we laugh, he laughs loudly too, and outside he shows surprised reactions while observing things. Recently, I also noticed he becomes shy  and smiling  in her mom's lap when I return from office. Are these normal and healthy for his development, or should we limit such activities at this age?

. Given Meftal P syrup 8 ml to my daughter 10 years and after doing sponging fever is still 104.5...Please suggest Medicine given at 4 Am Can i repeat any other fever medicine ?

Calpol 120 6 hours gap Relent cold 2.5 ml 3 times days Syrup welmenic 3.5 ml 3 times And later prescribed relent cold dr reddy syrup 2.5 ml 3 times, after given I felt baby is drowsiness Reduced to 2 times. Related to this  relent cold in the description written not for under 4 yrs. Then y it was prescribed for 6 month? And after giving once felt he is drowsy at unusual time, I gave 2 times a day. I read somewhere these impact kidney. Now baby is fine but anxious will that impact my baby for given medicine?
