Child Health Issues

My 6 day newborn who is totally on breastfeed hasn't pooped in 2 days. She is crying while feeding , passing lots of gas. Urine output is good and frequent. Please suggest if it is a concern if she hasn't pooped in 2 days.

My 5 month old babies (twins + premature) born at 32 week still not started rolling and have no full head control.so is it safe to start sitting them with support?

I recently take typhoid Vaccine because I was infected regularly from typhoid. But after Vaccine I never get relief. After Vaccine I got infected twice in a month.
