She had a fever seizure on day 1 we even did an EEG which was normal..My daughter is having fever for last 3 days doctors prescribed ibugesic plus for her. She's not improving please suggest General she has fever in morning and evening near to 102 she is active when the fever is down and also feels Shivering when in fever

My son was diagnosed with typhoid 3 months back with low grade fever. Antibiotics course was done. But fever is still there. In morning there is no fever. But gradually it increase to around 100. CBC was done lymphocytes is 50 and eosinophils is 100.In stool test ova of pinworms were found. Doctor prescribed Hetrogen 100 for 14 days but fever is still not going away. What should be done?
