Child Health Issues

I need help regarding my son he is six year old. From 1.3 year he always has mucus coming out of his nose and on/off cough . I visited every doctor possible in my town they always gave a antibiotic and cough syrup but there is no relief in symptoms , one doctor told for allergic rhinitis and gave nasal sprays but that too don't worked. Now I am in a state of helplessness. As not even a single day in past 1.3 years he is free form nasal congestion and cough follows it . I need consultation if it is treatable or what is it? Please help me

Hello sir/mam, my daughter received flu vaccine in July end . I heard that the flu vaccine should be given by October end . Now as she already got it in July , when should she get the next vaccine. Will she don't need it till next year..Pls clarify my doubt .

Is donkey milk compulsory for new born babies. Elders say to give donkey milk (like 2 ml) for baby activeness and give it 1 time for a new born.

My 2 months old daughter is completely on breastfeed. She sometimes vomits as she feeds too fast. Also she sometimes gets overfed as breastfeeding works as a pacifier for her. She gets cranky and gets relaxed only after feeding. Is there a way to deal with this situation? Mostly parents do use pacifier which I think isn't a good approach but I can use that in worst case too. Kindly suggest

I have a 1 month old baby who has not passed motion for the last two days. However she is passing gas and seems like trying to poop but not pooping. I have not changed my diet and I am continuing the breastfeeding like always. She used to pass motion good number of times until 30 days from her birth. Kindly advise.
