  4. Fever came back after 3 days. Help!

Fever came back after 3 days
My 2.5 yr old son was having fever with cold and cough since last week Friday. Fever was there for 5 days. We gave antibiotics last time.Today he has fever again. He has severe runny nose and cough. Not sure what to do. Please help
