Nasal aspirator
My son is 3 month old I used nasal aspirator by spraying nasal drops, after sometime I again put 3 drops of nasal drops total 6 drops in each nostrils. Today I used nasal aspirator frequently will it harm baby? Please advise

Feet pain Toddler
Hi,
My son is 2 years and 3 months old. He had a fever for 5 days which subsided two days ago. His appetite is still very low.
From yesterday, he woke up every hour crying in pain touching his feet.
We suspect it to be cramps but not sure. When awake, he is very active.
What might be the reason?

Baby not gaining weight
Baby is 4 m 10 days old and exclusively breastfed.
She weighs 5 kg. Birth weight is 3 kg. Past one week she is not gaining weight.she is willing to take feed only for 5 min. Sleeps for long hours at night around 5 hrs. She is active . Urine count also good but not gaining weight
