Rashes on 16 month old
My 16 month old girl developed flat red spot like rashes on her legs and arms. Noticed them 3 days back and there hasn't been any improvement after applying lotion and coconut oil. They don't seem itchy and she doesn't have any other symptoms as of now. Attaching pictures for reference. Please let me know if this is something of concern
