Chest & Breathing Problems

I have a chest pain. Don’t know wheather for gastric or acidity. Won’t be able to breath when I take a deep breath it will pain a lot. Kindly help me which doctor to suggest and any medicine to get rid off. I took rantidiane tablet and gelusil but no use.

The actual problem is while I breath a deep breath or I cough there is intense pain at a point on chest it has started a week back when I met a road accident all through I am a smoker too that may be a issue for the pain suggest me the best

Its been years i am feeling shortness of breath . it started 8 years back when i met a road accident . while crossing road i collided with a bike anf i fall down in road . my chest facing the road. Since that incident i have this problem . i had gone through chest xray, ecg, ptsd, Lft , mri and blood tests. All the tests says i am normal. My condition worsens when i go to hilly areas. please help me to cure my problem

I'm having recurring cold for almost a month now.. I also have persistent cough. I have some phlegm build up which I can feel when I cough and breathe.. Sometimes the breathing becomes difficult with a sound of phlegm getting pulled. Sometimes a kind of whistling sound also comes. I feel tired and out of breath with some irritability during this feeling. What can this be? Is this the start of asthma or some medical issues.. Should I consult a doctor?

I shifted my house yesterday and since then I'm unable to breathe properly I also have cough and a running nose. I usually take asthalin when ever I'm unable to breath but now even that is not helping . Please help me I feel helpless sitting on the bed and unable to breathe. Thank you.
