Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, Its been more than two months now that i been finding difficulty in breathing when i laugh or speak, i even feel I an out of breath. I have gone through Xray and cardiac check and they both seems to be normal. Can you please let me know what would be the reason!? Thanks

I am having sharp pain under ribs on the right side of the chest while coughing, sneezing and deep breathing. It's been a week now. I tried ibrufen 400 mg for pain but it did not work. I am facing cold and cough since 1 week. This happened before once around 2-3 years ago but i did not take any medicines last time. It got normal in few week itself. I thought it was just because of coughing. Pain started again from right side n not on both sides.

I'm under homoeopathic treatment for asthma. I asked my doctor for inhaler. She said I can use one, but she couldn't think of any name. Could you please suggest me which inhaler to use. I get 4 to 5 chronic attacks per week since last month. Earlier the attacks were very rare, once or twice a month. The problem got severe since a month. That's the reason I started homoeopathic treatment. Please advise an inhaler.

Hello I am a 34 years old male having on and off shortness of breathing for last 15 years that improves automatically within 2-3 days but not associated with cough. Mostly it hapens while talking to my clients for a long time but it subsides after taking rest for sometime. Whenever I feel shortness of breathing I also feel tired on walking upstairs.but when shortness of breath goes off I live a normal life no problem at all. I have a strong family history of asthma. I did ECG echocardiograpgh thyroid profile chest x ray spirometry R/E blood, lipid profile all are normal. Only IgE level is high293 and x ray nose and PNS shows right maxillary haziness. So what will be the probable diagnosis. Is it asthma or something else? and is it due to the chronic on and off nasal blockage? What should I do? I saw a Pulmonologist and currently taking esiflo 125 BD. SO kindly suggest me what should I do and what might be the probable diagnosis?

I am not suffering from asthma. But i am unable to breathe freely. Hard mucus or phelgm is deposited in my chest or lungs which does not allow the passage of air to the lungs. Whenever i take breathe whistle like sounds produced. So recommend me some medicine..
