Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello...I have a deviated nasal septum and bilatra concha... I am not able to breathe properly. Also I have maxillary sinusitis and eosinophilic symptoms.

My father (age 70 years) was suffering from chronic bronchitis from long time and treatment has been done from multiple doctors in Delhi and Kolkata. Finally we found that he has tuberculosis on critical stage. Please suggest for best treatment of tuberculosis in Kolkata. Report attached

When I try to swallow my spit i feel something at the bottom of my throat is resisting in doing the above activity. Also it is due to this resisting problem i can not breathe effortlessly i.e. something is resisting my breath at the bottom of my throat. What should I do now? Can this happen due to gas or cold or anything else? Please help me.

I am managing asthma with yoga and inhalers(sometimes). But I am not able to manage the allergies. Whole days go to waste because of allergies. And if I take antihistamine tablets they either don't work , if work then they make me dizzy sleepy. Searching for some ayurvedic or homoeopathic medicine for allergies to be taken every morning.
