I have bilateral bronchovascular markings.i am also diabetic patient . Elevation of left hemidiaphragm with left lower zone consolidation collapse.

Since last one year having shortness of breath. Recently  more frequently while walking from one place in house to other place

After eating lunch and diner i feel short of breath .and when ever give some preasure to my ear back positon from hear i get some blockage of air and noise Some time vibration . I feel relaxed when the short of breath come to and yawn.. Help me out from this. I'm suffering from this issue for a year. No doctor cant Digonised what is happening .. Or may be i cant describe the issues properly. If any experience doctor understand my problem please help me out.
