Nasal Cpap therapy is the most effective treatment for osa , and it has become the standard of care for this condition .Surgical correction of the upper airway is still performed but it is not considered as the primary therapy for OSA.

Sadly sir there is no proven effective treatment except CPAP. please consult a pulmonologist for detailed discussion.
