Hello sir I am Past MDR Tuberculosis patient 2019-2021 And take MDR  treatment properly 2 year with 6 month kanamycin injection and medicine are Monopas,my coutof c,ethio,etc...And feeling well and xray report are clear than my doctor close all medicine But Now few days Gale me khraash hokar blood aajata hai kvi morning me kvi evening me, My CBC  report - hemoglobin -14, eosinophilia -06  , etc all are normal and ct scan report attached so please see and suggest me what can do

Can some experts take a look at my chest x-ray that I have attached and can tell me whether there is a prominent BVM shown in the x-ray or not. I have done my x-ray and that lab mentioned prominent BVM in both para cardiac lower zones. My chest physician said there is no BVM shown in the x-ray.
