Chest & Breathing Problems

I have allergy due to wheather and dust I started sneezing and coughing sometimes with fever but last 2 month at night I feel I am not able to breathe with cough and some sound during breathing internal

Sir, I have cough from 3 years. I get more cough when I drive my bike with clean helmet. I have also tested for TB and it is negative and also even im standing simple my friends feel that I'm breathing fast like after running and also during night I feel chest tightening.

Sir, This is the problem faced by my sister, on Feb 2025 we tested and tb is negative doctor told it may be pneumonia in July 25 and she had pain in left side of shoulder,hand she cough and she also have chest tightening and After 15 somedays she spill blood cough.also in vomit she spill Blood clots. We visit hospital immediate & everything is normal in reports. We tested CT scan there is something and doctor suggested for Bronchoscopy and we proceeded after that test she went to ICU and doctor told us during test their is blood leakage inside the lungs and they removed that immediately and some clots been removed and we sent that samples for test in 3 places and everything is normal and after that day her oxygen level is risen to 6 we have been sent to other hospital and they also done the same process but no progress and sent her to ICU which pump air in and take it out also.evening she lift her chest up and down in ICU,sent to Ventilator morning and died. reports attached.

I have Pain near the chest if I take the gas tablet then I feel it is reduced. Is this due to gas and I am also feeling leg pain due to lack of blood or energy. Could any one help me.

Felt a little breathless so I checked oximeter(I also have severe anxiety disorder) felt like mentioning this. However, Is it normal for the oximeter to go from 98 to 93 in 10 seconds and then at 93 it starts beeping and goes up to 95 in a few secs again? How long does it take for the oximeter to give me an accurate reading?

This issue started in August my 2 year plus kid suddenly has fast breath/shortness of breath like sound. After that we got Chest X Ray, CECT Chest, Laryngoscopy done. All came normal. Then we took him to the Child Chest Specialist in BLK-Max Hospital. They have suggested for bronchoscopy, we also get that done it also came normal. He has suggested Budecort Inhaler and Metatop Nasal Spray for 15 days which are steroids. We have given it for a few days. But this issue is recurrent. Sometimes these sounds don't come for many hours and sometimes these sounds come 4-5 times in 30 mins. No idea which doctor to consult. There is no issue while sleeping but he has a long sigh during sleep sometimes. Can anyone come across such an issue? We are too worried.

What does ige total=571H IU/ML feno test=61 ppb chest xray was normal this indicates which problem I'm having I'm also having dns with sinusitis from past 15 yrs and migraine from past 5 years

My Father aged 72 yrs - 1- Recently had a heart attack on 15th Sep'25 morning 2- having BP and Sugar issues, medication is ON 3- Low BP after attack( now 120/70) 4- Infection in lungs, now decreasing after medication 5- Angioplasty done in 2008 6- now breathing issues  continuously 7- Always asking for a mask 8- on BI PAP support regularly

Ref my chest xray report remark kindly advise the next step as having pain in back ,neck hand elbow left side etc.
