Chest & Breathing Problems

My father is completely fine. Had a pnemothorax attack 1 week ago. Had an operation with chest tube. Now his co2 level is 94. His ct severity score is 9/25 with 64% lungs working. He is suffering from little cough and abdominal pain since 3 days. Is this healed and cured automatically? What is the perfect diet for lungs. What are the dont's for lungs ?

Dry cough from past 9 days in evening,took rtcpr tests on day 6 too,it came -ve but I was advised to take budecort 100 inhaler  for three days along with below medicines ,if symptom persists to start antibiotics azee 500..I was asked to still isolate for few more days..is there any tests to double confirm covid or allergy,please help   Medicines :  Pan 40mg, Allegra-M [at night] and Amrodil syrup – 2times ,steam inhalation with vicks vapourb, and gargling with warm salt water.. I have a history of seasonal allergy but never on steroids I used to leave to go off on its own due to covid I am worried about my cough..

I tested positive for Covid19 20 days ago and was under home isolation for 15 days. 19 days after testing positive I got myself tested again and the report is positive. Will I still be spreading the virus? Do I need to continue isolating myself from family and friends? Can I get back to work?

Past 4 months i am suffering from breathing issue pain in the right lung, suffocation My covid report is negative

Pls tell me what does it's mean I'm suffering from chest pain heaviness on my chest feeling back pain also every time feeling tired

While doing lungs x-ray, Mild patchy consolidations noted involving bilateral lung fields were noticed. Please advise required for same

I have slight Chest and Windpipe tightness (with slight pain) since last 14 days. It generally goes away after 1 hr walk. I am taking Pantop and Montek since last 7 days and there is some relief. One doctor said it be could COVID! I wasn't thinking like it, and now I am worried if it is COVID? I don't have any other symptoms like fever, cough, etc.

My present SPO2 is around 92 and 93. Little breathless. I have a 7 ltrs oxygen concentrator at home. Please advise me if I can start using the concentrator and how long should I use it with how much litres.

Spo2 levels turned to after covid 19 recovery , above 95% , but sometimes  rearly during sleeping sop2 drops below 90% even to 83% but slight change in posture saturation instantly becomes normal , possible reasons ? And any advice?

I got affected with COVID 1 month ago. After 1 month my Oxygen saturation is 98. Why am feeling shortness of breath still?
