Chest & Breathing Problems

On consultancy I took antibiotics and few days steroid and vitamin c and multivitamin tablet. Still feeling heaviness in chest and pain . Sometimes I feel pain at back also. Medication is done just .did CRP today it's 5. ESR - 30. Is it all fine?

My patient admitted in hospital since last 40days due to sevear covid and lung inflammation , he was on ECMO for 32 days , now safely shifted to machanical ventilator without any complications like bleeding or anything , oxygen saturation is around 94-98% at 90% ventilatory support pco2 level is increasing around 85-90 ,. I wanted to know the survival chances of my patient because treatment is very expensive. Pls advise...

How long it may take for the patient who is in post covid stage since last 15 days to get the saturation level of 98 as present level is 95/96

My father is discharged with 92 spo2 yesterday after 21 days oxygen therapy on Covid pneumonia. Now he is at 95 spo2. Would like to know if oxygen concentrator is necessary ? Also can you please advise what foods would help for post pneumonia patients?

From last 4 days , my mother is experiencing weakness , body pain ,She is not able to speak louder and from last 2 days , she is facing upper chest pain (between throat and chest ) , gets tired very fast , and difficulty in sleeping due to breathing. Please help me and how can it be cured  🙏

How do we take care of lungs post covid, my mother still coughs and have slight congestion. She was diagnosed negative 10 days ago. Are there any specific vitamins or minerals. What diet should be followed.

Patient M59. Post covid 40 day pass. X ray report 1.Cardiac shadow appear. 2.Unfolding of aorta seen 3.Prominant vascular marking in both lungs 4.Both domes of diaphragm and both co angle clear 5.Both hila apear normal 6.Soft tissue and bony cage apear normal. Persistent dry cough , breathless, extrem Weakness post covid discharge. 2d echo and ecg normal with tachycardia. Nabuliser help in persistent cough. No anti biotic going on earlier meru penum by iv and then ferupenun was going on. Pulse rate is high 105 and above and high blood pressure 145/90.
