My patient admitted in hospital since last 40days due to sevear covid and lung inflammation , he was on ECMO for 32 days , now safely shifted to machanical ventilator without any complications like bleeding or anything , oxygen saturation is around 94-98% at 90% ventilatory support pco2 level is increasing around 85-90 ,.
I wanted to know the survival chances of my patient because treatment is very expensive.
Pls advise...
