The patient is showing moderate covid symptoms. Is fasting needed before d dimer, LDH, CRP, CBC test?

Patient is stable and don't have any problem .The AFTER 1 MONTH chest x-ray report IS ATTACHED. Is there any matter of concern . CRP TEST -NEGATIVE

My grandfather is fully vaccinated 15 days before. Today I just random check his spo2 is showing 92 & 90 in sleeping position. No fever no cough nothing any symptom is there. What should be the next step for him. He has dibeties and high BP.

Will 1 hrct scan entire life time will it leads cancer, doctor suggested get hrct scan so done,but now some doctors are telling it leads cancer one hrct scan is equal to 300to 400x rays,so kindly suggest is it will impact future health?? I am having dust allergies, i have immediate breath difficulties on dust, and very cold food , is it safe to take covid vaccines???
