Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, Doctors, Im 45 years old and suffering from morning cold and sneezing since childhood. I used to take Cetirizine during my school and college days. Then Levocetrizine. Monthly 2-4 tablets. From last 10 years im taking Montecope whenever I feel too sneezing and running nose and within 1-2 hours i feel better.. From the last 1 month i have stopped taking Montecope and im experiencing too much of mucus and phelgm... My throat is full when I woke up early morning. After every meal I feel to split phelgm/mucus. And whenever I exhale wheezing sound is coming from nose and when I exhale from mouth also... When i take deep breathe, I feel some vibration in my lungs... Im really very worried how to get rid of this wheezing sound from lungs and get rid of unstoppable phelgm/mucus... Please reply in detail. Can this be cured by allopathy or homeopathy? I never had this long cough issue before. Pls don't advise for just consultation. Is this the side effects of taking levocetrizine/Montecope?

My grandmother has been constant coughing for past 4 days and she doesn't have apetite. She has not been eating since past 4 days. She has slight phlegm. Please give suggestions on what can be done She caught the cough from her daughter

My IgE is 194 . Is it normal Reason for test : got blood twice with cough 1 month ago. Any further test is required or IgE is normal. Currently, only having back pain , pain in legs. Nausea

I’m a 23-year-old female. I’ve been experiencing a cough for the past 5–6 months. It mostly occurs at night, but sometimes also in the evening or early morning. The coughing episodes are intense, continuous, and last for a long time. It’s usually a dry cough or a cough with clear phlegm. Sometimes, I also have frequent sneezing with clear nasal discharge, along with an irritating throat infection. There’s swelling on both sides of my throat, and I often feel irritation on the upper palate as well.

My wife was detected with diabetes on 17 Nov'24, she started with diabetes medicines as HB1Ac was 11. On 19th Dec'24 after complaining, breathlessness it was found that her left lung collapsed due to plural effusion. Hospitalized for five days. Plural effusion checked, and results showed TB. TB medicine started 23rd Dec'24. A patch on the chest was seen in the CT scan and x-ray before she was discharged from the hospital. Today it's been four months and the patch in the left lung is still the same. The city report says. "There is relatively well defined soft tissue density mass like focus is seen projected over the left middle zone adjacent to the left hilum with central area of lucency representing central breakdown. The left hilum is seen through the lesion. The lesion is almost completely incased by the lung lucency except for part of its medial margin. The patient is well gained weight managing diabetes well and in control. Goes to work every day, gaining weight. Pls advise?

I have a weird burnt smell coming from my lungs while I exhale, and at that point the mucus also smells weird. It doesn't happen regularly but it does occur intermittently. And also I'm having breathing problem sometimes specially while working. Also I'm on medications like bilastine and montelukast and abphylline for respiratory problems cause the gp said its due to allergies. But the medications make my breathing problem somewhat manageable but not completely curable. Also inhaler won't help much. My mucus is whitish and sometimes solid mucus comes up. Pls help

I was recently gone for mantoux test for tb there is no bump present only redness and swallowing is occurred can you please tell me is it a positive result or negative?

I'm suffering from chronic urticaria since the last few months and on medications like bilastine and montelukast. But, since last one month I'm suffering from respiratory allergies as well. Visited my GP and he found some wheezing in my chest and said its due to urticaria only and prescribed me abphylline. I have noticed that the day I stop taking bilastine the very next day my breathing problem starts and also I get a very weird smoky smell coming from my lungs or nose or throat I'm not sure of, whenever I exhale and also my sputum smells quite weird, also sometimes I find solid like mucus coming from my lungs when I cough but mostly I get very white mucus. Why am I smelling this weird?

Sir, i take ecosprin 75 mg for first aid on 18 feb 2024, second i feel blood smell and taste but no blood. I take chest x ray its normal my blowing air test also normal limits, its any bleeding i lung . I have tonsillitis and pharyngitis swallowing issues . Some mucus in throat its from lung and ecosprin causes this issues?

I am seeking advice for my mother, who has undergone full body tests. However, her cardio crp is in the high risk zone. I want to check if there is a respiratory infection and if so, what could be the possible treatment.
