I heard about red light therapy and was wondering if it could help improve my breathing or reduce lung inflammation. Is it safe to use red light therapy in my condition? Hi doctors, I’ve heard that NAC (N-Acetylcysteine) is good for lung health, clears mucus, and may reduce lung inflammation. I might have bronchitis and want to know: Can I safely take NAC with bronchitis? Does NAC really help reduce lung inflammation? Does it interact with other medicines like antibiotics, asthma inhalers, or acid reflux medications? Please guide me. Thank you!

I have a weird issue I don't know how to describe. I am able to breathe normally but I face problems when breathing deeply and intensely. After 2-3 deep breaths I feel congestion in body. I face problems in bowel movements as well like when I force the feces out it gets more difficult to pass it out. I face problems in thinking as well, the more I try to concentrate and think the more difficult it gets. Please help me

I want to confirm — is the Methacholine test available anywhere in India, or is it not commonly done here? My doctor prescribed me itraconazole but even after 3 month my serum galactomann blood test show 1.75 which increased from april test 1.45. Though itraconazole stopped hempotysis but i have chest pain. All igg ige aspergillus is negative can anyone help?

My mother was suffering from lung infection from 20th May with high fever and cough CRP was 55.After treatment with antibiotic the cough and fever improved but she was suffering from extreme fatigue now crp is 4.60, haemoglobin 11 chest xray normal and pft is Also normal.
