How to rule out active TB from latent TB if mantoux is positive. No cough, phlegm, weight loss, fever, night sweats

I had pleural effusion in right lund 6 months before. I am taking medications of tb from 6 months and now my tb treatment is ending but when I deep breate a pain occur in right lung. Xray shows improvement in pleaural effsuion. second thing when I started tb treaent my weight is 60 but now my weight is 55 . Weight not increasing. One thing more.. I have taken some weight gaining medicinines 1 . 5 year before and weight gain approx 7 kilo. Medicine named good health capsules

Can Xpert MTB/RIF PCR be done using blood. Does it have high accuracy? Should medicine be started once Xpert MTB/RIF is positive without having symptoms

Can I take levolin (levosalbutamol) during pregnancy? Which one is safer salbutamol or levosalbutamol?

Have itchy throat and slightly blocked nose, and irritation in chest. Please recommend medications . Facing this issue since 3 days

I feel tightness in my throat only in the evenings and shortness of breath and suffocation while I sit down and even while  eating my dinner.  Even after I walk for more than 15 mins outside my house I feel tightness and wheezing in my chest and throat for a few minutes but while walking and working at home i don't get tightness in my chest. After walking outside and I come home and  relax and take the inhaler and deriphyiliin, I feel relieved . I m taking a seroflo 120  inhaler once only  and deriphyiliin r 150 in the evenings to get some relief. I need proper medicine for this. Please prescribe proper medicine for my problem as I did PFT TEST, CHEST PA XRAY AND ECG AND 2D ECHO CARDIO SCAN, all my reports are normal.

Iam dmd patient age 24 Iam using wysolone 10mg for 4 years Now i having weight gain So doctor Narasimhan told me Take wysolone 7.5mg and For support dr gives me foracort 0.5 But foracort take means i have palpitation So any option is there what to do And any option is there to change a medicine with same support

My mother 65 year old having cough from last 5 days. Physician prescribed fluticasone spray, montair fx tab and bricarex DX syrup. 60% relief but when she coughs empty box lije sound come from chest. Patient is diabetic and angioplasty done in July 2022 and taking diliteazam tab for hypertension. What to do?
