Difficulty breathing sometimes

At some point everyday for sometime 10-60 mins, I'm facing difficulty breathing. After sometime it's okay. But for sometime it is very uncomfortable and brain becomes foggy. I'm not on any medication. Don't have any other issue. I do have sedentary lifestyle coz I'm a student. This is disturbing me a lot. I'm not able to study. Yes, there has been little stress just the usual, exams and all. Nothing excessive or anything serious. Is this a serious problem? I am experiencing this since 2 years. I kept ignoring it. But now it has become so troublesome. Kindly throw some light on this issue. Thanks in advance!

Post cold or flu whitish phlegm

Hello, I had developed cold/flu like symptoms from 15th May and the symptoms subsided in about two weeks. I had fever for four days and post that congestion and cough. The cough is still persistent especially when my throat gets dry or I go for a walk and come back. I still have a little phlegm that comes with the cough once or twice a day but is mostly off whitish in color. I have pain in the chest and back from coughing. I have full energy levels, no fever and my spo2 is 99%. Is there any remedy for this post viral cough?
