Chest & Breathing Problems

I have cough for almost 1 month..my x-ray and sputum reports are normal...I have attached PFT report.. please tell me about the report... Is there anything to worry are it is normal or something serious..

I have sometimes blocked nose and mild pain in left side of chest . Is it serious? Previously the doctor diagnosed me with mild sinusitis, when I had blocked nose and breathing issues.  And I recovered from medicines. But again I have blocked nose and now slight pain in my left side of the chest. What does it mean ?

I did a pft test report its says obstruction pattern with significant reversibility of FEV1 to bronchodilator i need to under stand is it normal asthma or COPD please tell me which one is it and my symptoms are shortness of breath i am taking inhalers since 3 week budamate 200 and duolin inhalers please tell me the result wheather it's normal asthma or COPD i am attaching the report below and all my blood test are normal no i've blood test also normal all test normal including heart .

I find black mucus sometimes when I cough which clears my throat. Kindly advise and it's not regular. And I am a smoker

My son 3yrs 5months old is suffering from on n off cough from 5months, he was on inhaler of budesonide n levolin 2months back n his cough got controlled, now from past one week he has severe cough, doctor gave hicet ax syrup n brozeet syrup n after using for 5days cough got controlled, now again he is coughing more from 3days, now should I give him the cough syrup or inhaler of levolin. Doctor says it's allergic cough n just neglects it by giving only cough syrups.

I have allergy in any type of smoke /fume that is why I can't ride on car and bus . So , if I wear a tight fitting N95 mask then it can cause me difficulty in breathing  or any other harm while traveling in public car /bus   ?? ( I am not a patient  of asthma)

I am suffering from chest pain in both sides and back side also, mainly shortness of breath from past 1 week . I had smoking habit from past 10 years,I smoked 2 ciggerates from past 10 years.now I'm suffering from chest pain and shortness of breath

I am adult age 37 i am suffering from minor asthma & bronchitis due to which i am suffering from regular cough & watery nose, i am taking budamate transcap 100 daily at night but excess prpblem of cough & acute bronchitis Thats why i have started taking montac al tab but after taking montac al tab i am frequently getting cough. What tablet should i take to get rid of this problem.

Hii dr my self adarsh before 10 days at night atleast 2am i wake up for washroom and after that i came to sleep I feel severe shortness of breath and my heart is beating to much faster after walk its calm down little bit this the first time i have ever feel I m worried about it can u please suggest why this is so.

Dear dr i am coughing from last 10 days with no chest pain no shortness breath and i have taken azithromycin 500 for 5 days OD its come down but still not recovered kindly help me what to do .
