Dear dr i am coughing from last 10 days with no chest pain no shortness breath and i have taken azithromycin 500 for 5 days OD its come down but still not recovered kindly help me what to do .

Single Azithromycin is not correct regimen. Need other symptomatic treatment. Go for chest x ray Take online consultation for further management
