Chest & Breathing Problems

I had a visit to a friend who was hospatilized for tb (he had typhoid,malaria and then tb). She is under treatment (gets injections and doses on time), I am worried will i also get the disease, she was wearing a mask while talking, she removed it for a while to eat fruits (did not remove it completely). Do i need to get any test done?

I've curred TB in 2013 but I've do some smoke since 1.5 years. Suddenly I've some blood with morning cough. Then I went AIIMS for all required test and process including DOTS test and all the require blood, alpha 1 antitrypsin level, HRCT Chest, 6 Blood reports, Xray. Then AIIMS Prof S. K. Sharma (HOD - Chest, AIIMS ) told me all OK and give me only told juniors for two medicines nomal painkillers and a health vimanin tablets (both are requested by me to sugget for my chest pain ). I just want to know Any body kindly suggest me is it all ok with these treatment suggestion because I'm suspecting they may be forgotten my some smoking facts (not regular or addiction). Kindly suggest me is all OK or not ? I've attached some imp 2 reports. Thank You Priytosh Kumar

First of all I thank Dr. Sukhant Bagdia and Dr. Pankaj K Bang for their kind replies on my previous question. I can not upload CT scan report for further clarification as the format of Practo does not have that provision. However, I am more interested to know from a Acupuncturist or alternative medical practitioner to know whether there is any possible solution for ILD (Pulmonary Fibrosis) patient ?

Since past 6 months on oxygen support for lung function disorder (ILD) to keep oxygen level above 90%. Acute coughing & chocking after meal, walking and talking. Currently on Pirfenidone tablets (800 mg daily) and Inhaler dose. Type-2 diabetic as well. Given to understand that acupuncturist can mitigate the problem so advice.

Bronchitis is wat ..I am suffering from.. Twice it has effected me within two months..till the medication goes I am OK..and as the medication stops..after few days..again same problem starts.. Its feels as if there is Belgium inside lungs when I cough..but it doesn't comes out ..only that comes out is small gel type Belgium in less quantity.

Dear Sir, My father is 64 years of age. Since 3 years he has been having difficulties in breathing and lung issues with a lot of coughing. The reports show presence of fibro nodular Koch's lesions in both the lungs. The superior mediastinum is pulled on the right side. I cant breathe in through mouth properly, my chest feels congested while I breathe in and I have to put a lot of strength to breath in some times. Also, I feel cough stuck in my throat. Is it cause of acidity or something else?

Hi I feel heavy in my heart area. its pain or not am not able to tell. I took ECG they told its clear but even after that am not feeling the same. Please advise what should i do now.
