Chest Pain/Gas
For past 2 days, I am experiencing pain in my chest and upper back (right side below the shoulder blade). When I wake up in the morning, pain is in the upper back but after staying for a while or walking, the pain in upper back vanishes. Then I feel pain when I breathe deeply. I feel I'm out of breath after 10-15 minutes and when I breathe deeply I feel chest pain. I doubt it is because of gas because of the way pain moves from back to chest and then again the same cycle next morning.

Hello there..... If gas is a problem for you, foods that might make symptoms worse include beans, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli. Fatty foods also may be a problem for some people..... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse... Consult Physician....
