Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello doctor, I am 30 yr old female. For last Two months i have been having left hand along with slight pains on either sides if chest. Mostly when i work too much or lift much weight for little long time, that corresponding hand and chest hurts. I am software engineer, dont have stress, dont smoke or eat nonveg. My bp was normal few days back, cholestrol 150, weight 56kg, no past history of family for heart disease. Also, at night i have too hot feet and hand, feel hot in throat too. I hav check ECG, 2d echo, they were normal, TmT was negative. Is it something that I should worry or some deficiency. If deficiency, when will the pains go away? It's almost 2-3 months now, and the pains make me concerned. Pains are not too unbearable, its like a sensation, pull, sometimes shooting. It mostly starts from hand when I lift weight or ride a bike, slowly it hurts near chest a little and goes away when am off the weight. Pls suggest what to do, when the pains will go away?

I am 25yr old male. I diagnosed with very low Transferrin Saturation (TSAT) 17% and low vitamin b12 201pg/ml. I feel very tired and depressed all the time. I have pain in upper back and shoulder all the time. Please me with the medicine or treatment.

Having slow chest pain all time form 1 month. and doing any fast work my breating in is increasing ..taken so many muscler pain tablet by docters did chest x ray also . report is normal. dont no what to do. should i do ecg or ct scan

Hello doctor, I'm suffering from severe asthma for the past 12 years. I'm using SEROFLO 125 inhaler. I can't survive without the inhaler. I'm having very low physical stamina as well. I can't run for more than 100 meters. It starts wheezing and sometimes if i strive it too hard, I'm also getting giddiness. It is because my physical stamina is very low. This problem almost costed my life. It prevented me from participating in sports and all other pleasurable activities since my childhood. At this age, everyone wanted to be active, hail and healthy. But for me it's it's like hell in life. Please help me doctor. How to improve my physical stamina? How to cure my asthma? Please guide me by providing detailed informations. Help me. Thank you. Cant breath properly and my eyes get allergies and I can't sleep . My chest gets tightened and I can't breath freely. I'm not feeling well becouz of this problem. I am suffering by this problem for more than 7 years.

There is a lump under my left breast. It seems to be filled with yellow liquid or pus. It is very painful during any physical activity. It has once happened in 2014 and again it happened this time. Last time I consulted homeopathy and took hepar sulph.. Which resulted in total pus discharge with blood. And slowly it was healed. But this year again it happened 3 days back when I had worn a very tight bra.. The lump seemed to be formed and there is reddish around it.

White patches at the chest. Since 3 weeks it is there. I felt even after applying medicine it is still there.
