Face problem in breathing and severe cough and there is always a humming sound while sleeping and throughout the day in breathing which even disturbs me .sometimes there is dizzling in the whole body and face weakness while this incident. Suffer more in the morning time

My father has suffering from fever and cough since 26 Feb 17.I have consulted with doctors of KGMU ,they started medication  . But after medication no relief .Hemoglobin is 11.5. Having constant but mild ache in the right side of the chest. Not where the heart is present but towards the left side.this causes suffocation and breathing issues at times.
