Chest & Breathing Problems

My sister is having a lump which is larger in size than medium on her right breast. She has consulted a doctor who suggested survey for the lump and did not provide any medication for it. Please suggest the suitable for it. X-ray is also done and I have uploaded the reports as well.

Hvng pain in ribs below chest, after having meals in afternoon yesterday. Had taken medicine for gas and abdominal pain. Please suggest here

My father has suffering from fever and cough since 26 Feb 17.I have consulted with doctors of KGMU ,they started medication  . But after medication no relief .Hemoglobin is 11.5. Having constant but mild ache in the right side of the chest. Not where the heart is present but towards the left side.this causes suffocation and breathing issues at times.
