Chest & Breathing Problems

Yesterday my uncle is facing chest pain. He is very feet an fine. This is the first time he face this issue. I wanted to diagnose & check every possibility. Which specialist should I need to refer? Pls suggest

Hi Doc, I had my xray recently for my pre employment and the result is this: "Minimal hazed infiltrates are seen in the lateral aspect of the left upper lung and fibrotic densities on the left perahilar region" And they ask for Apicolordotic chest xray. What does it mean? I had a history with PTB way back 2014 and got cleareed after six months of medication. Thank you so much.

Recently I did medical exam to go Kuwait. They found small speck of calcification near right hilum on chest x ray and declared as unfit. Outside medical centre says chest x-ray was normal and CT scan also suggest no calcification seen in lung field. Two time I did x-ray outside and there is no calcification in chest x-ray. What is the reason behind on and what causes for calcification if present?

My father of age 58 is going through ATT medication from past 20 days with streptomycin;INH and RIBOFLAVIN and 1 more medicine. He still have fever of 102 (from last 1.5 months ) degree and he is   vomiting 2 to 3 times in a day from past 10 days.we r unable to understand should we move him other hospital or what else v can do ?please suggest. His sputum was negative and tb was detected in bronchoscopy. Please reply.

I was eating food and suddenly it was difficult for me to breathe.My back started paining then i visited to a doctor nearby. he equipped me with an oxygen mask and gave me some medicine and asked me to get admit. i consulted a new doctor on the very next day in saroj hospital and he has told the same to get admit. they say that air has been filled in my left lung which can be cured by inserting chest tube. i consulted a doctor in max hospital too but he said that it is because of congestion. and now going to another doctor for better review

Been admitted to hospital for 2 days but not recovering what to do chest report suggest either pneumonia and synonyms of tb don't know what to do where to go fever comes and go fever is as high as 104.7 plz help

I get very frequent cold if had consume anything cold or in water for sometime. From last one month I have dry cough .I am taking medicine but get relive for sometime but not permanently.

Hi doctor...a known person has miliary tb diagnosed 2 months ago...she complaints of pain in left side neck often...can it be swollen lymph nodes?  because her ct scan report which was done a month ago for confirmation says enlarged lymph nodes can be seen in the supraclavicular region and small lymph nodes in prevascular space...so is it because of miliary tb?how can it be taken care off?

I have feeling of shortness of breathe in throat for 2-3 minutes in a day and sometimes no symptoms occur for days. along with it i experience dull pain on joint of sternum and front ribs on left side and also in the sides of left side of ribs which feels in back too. pain is not regular and is mild and dull. i do exercise regularly and do not feel any fatigue. no weight loss is there. i am 40 years old. No palpitation is there. no cough is there. what would be possible causes. please explain

Hi doctor.i was diagnosed with miliary tb a month and a half ago and since then I have been on medications. I still have side effects of medicines like joint pains and acidity.. I have slight cough too.. for a few days I have been experiencing pain on the lower left side of the neck little swelling and it pains too when I cough.is it normal because of a long duration of cough to have such a pain or this is too side effects of tb medications. Because i have been experiencing cough because of tb for 2 months now
