Chest & Breathing Problems

I have ABPA with high IGE level. doctor recommended me bio D3 plus capsule and some wyslone 5 mg. Can I take bio D3 plus 2 times in a day?

I have ABPA with high IGE level. My treatment is going on last 8 months. In beginning doctor recommended me some steriod wyslone 10 mg and shelksl 500 nhi 2 times in a day. Last 2 month he recommended me am 5mg wyslone and shelkal 500 mg 2 Times in a day. CGHS Pharmacist gave me bio D3 plus instead of shelkal 500mg. Can I take bio D3 plus 2 times in day in place of shelkal 500 mg?

Hello doctor from some time I wake up at night feeling that my breathing has stopped and after waking it come back to normal it won't happen regularly but 1 or 2 times in a month what could be the reason for this?

My father aged 75 years is complaining that his nose getting stiffed and can't able to breathe properly and getting up from bed and does walking & yoga for a while and come back to bed for sleep  this is problem from Recently went He is having BP from 40 years of his age Recently he is having knee pain started doctor made an x ray he gave medicine as bones are started to dissolve initial stages
