Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi , I am Deepika -female-31years and Married last year . Living in Mumbai since 1 year and Prior to that 6 years in Delhi and from birth UP . I am having allergy since 6-7 years and i am taking MontecLC(antiallergic) since 6 years daily . They day I dont take then I have huge coughing ,burping and breathing issues all togather .Its just like ast.

I am smoking since last 5 yrs Pain in left chest and left back pain daily with acidity problem, coughing mucus in grey color

Im facing difficulty while breathing now a days. Also im a smoker and i think that is the reason but im not sure. Please help me to overcome this problem

There were so many episodes of deseases in connection with SMA.This time ventillator used and also okygen.ventillator removed but not able to respirate of her own. occassionally need to use bipap.chances of prognosis
