Chest & Breathing Problems

Sir i have cough from last day with more chest pain and today i notice difficulty in breathing...and wheezing sound during respiration.sputum is yellowish green..rapid respiration ...m feeling difficulty in breathing .i dont have any asthamic history till now.can u tell me what shud i do???...is it asthma or allergy???please tell me.soon
