I m 32years old having problem of breathlessness associated with cough and whizz.. Can't eat yoghurt,cold drinks, sour food all worsen my problem

Any allergic symtoms like sneeze and running nose?  Do a chest xray and pulmonary function test. And must start on bronchodilators.
