Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi Doctor, I'm getting chest pain and left hand pain from two days i'm 27yrs, I had ECG and complete body checkup yesterday I got it normal. I'm really very scared . I even have severe gastric problem since 7 yrs,dont know whether this is the reason. I'm scared . I'm not able to sleep properly because I'm scared feeling like something will happen. I'm a software engineer when I forget about this pain i'm working happily, suddenly if I remember about my pain then I feel like shortness in breath

I get the hiccups at least 1 or 2 a day, and they can be painful. I did some research, and I do have a cyst on my chest. ( Just mentioned the cyst just in case.

Why do I choke and cough when I inhale heated red palm-oil from the kitchen, but I don't react to cigarette smoke, fumes from burning bushes or fumes from car exhausts

I have been coughing and breathing for 3 weeks and I feel weak in the body .

During night and unventilated places the breathing of air is so difficult.It is happening from few months .

Breathing of air is so difficult.The congestion in case throat and nose blocking are the 2 reasons for my breathing problem.It is mainly during night and unventilated places.

Have COPD.  Also have Post Nasal drip and continuous running nose while chewing food. Then throat clogging up with phlegm while sleeping.  Taking Glevo 500 once daily,  Nebulizing with Duolin & Budecort 1/3rd repsule each once in the morning, and then again only Duolin 1/3rd repsule at night, Taking Montair LC tablet alternate days (helpful to an extent). Can any nose drop such as ipratropium bromide or anything else may be recommended alongside existing medicines ? ( MAIN problems : throat clogging up with phlegm while sleeping (post nasal drip),  running nose while chewing food, slight wheezing at times or obstructive rattli.ng sound at times) . Please suggest.

I am planning to go to Malaysia but i use Montek lc regularly due to high eosnophills count, whether this will be a constraint for me to enter malaysia
