Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been having hyperventilation most of the time when i feel excited or stress , its in my head all the time when get focus in it feels that i am controlling it. Make me feel like short panic attack. Please help me sir what to do

I am sneezing a lot, have this weird tingling sensation deep into the back of my throat and can almost feel it in my chest. I can barely swallow but it does not hurt, it just makes it hard to breathe. I have very thick clear mucus in my nose that feels like it's stuck in the back of my throat. I was having diarrhea 2-3 times a day for 3 months on and off from ecitaplopram but it's turning into constipation. Wake up in coughing fit every morning lasting 5 minutes. Very tired all the time.

Breathing problem specially while eating, since last one year ... Usually I take this problem while sitting , taking breathe is becoming very difficult.

I HV been having a cough..breathing problem...or chest pain from so many months...doc advised me to do a chest x-ray.. Report shows that I have Chronic bronchitis ...what should I do know...I can't take high dosage medicie..is this a serious problem
