Chest & Breathing Problems

I am 53 years old male suffering allergic asthma since last many years. Using Montac LC regularly which is very effective. But I can't afford as the same costs double since last one year. Using of Nasal spray or inhaler is not effective as skin itching, continuous sneezing problems also there. Can you advise me an alternative tablet or any other medicine please ??

My patient admitted in hospital with a serious lung infection and last 28 days couple of antibiotic tried his count level was 42000 and it was decreased up to 17000 but again it goes tob34000. Plz suggest

I am feling that i am not taking enough air whch causing breathing problem.

I am having cold and cough from few days. When ever I come across dust my nose start irritating and cold starts.sometimes because of heavy cold I am feeling uncomfortable in breathing especially in winter.

I am not able to eat anything. Also have severe cough. Caught be fever also. Taking little bit of fluids.

So when I breathe in and out there is this audible puffing noise in my mouth. It only happens if my mouth is open and it sounds like a high pitched puffing noise that does not follow my breath. Imagine it like a hiss hiss hiss over the sound of my breath. My breathing is fine, it's just that this audible noise is peculiar.
