I am a smoker and sir i want to leave smoking so kindly tell me the easiest way to leave this permanently kindly sir also tell me how to clean my lungs because i m start smoking from 2014

I have allergy since 10 years. Each year it is growing .. Now it started somekind of wheasing also. SOmetimes severe pain in hands also occure when i sneez.

Hello I'm suffering from breathing problem from 5 years. It is repeatedly occurring even after using course of medicines. When ever I'm exposing to cold weather I'm suffering. If suppose If I complete course of medicine today,I will not get any problem untill 2 days. After that it is the problem again. I really hate to take medicines for long time. Breathing problem includes cold, blockage of one nostril, wheezing sound, cough. My 2 nostrils do not open at the same time. If one nostril is opens,other nostril closed and vice versa. Please help... One doctor says that there is a small bone/muscle in nose through air passage. Other doctor says that it is allergy. And some other doctor says that it is asthma. Whom do I contact? please help...

I am using inhaler from last 2 yrs and now i got the job in saudi but curious to know that i am ok to clear medical or not. Please help me how to confirm that before medical.

Breathing problems, coughing, squeezing. I feel like itching in throat and coughing again & again, i feel more problem between 3:00am to 8/9 am during this time i don't feel comfortable in breathing, apart from this i feel uncomfortable in breathing

Sir, I found a very minute blood lining or like a clot in mucus one day while coughing, I consulted a doctor and he asked me to get a chest x ray , he said that there is no major issue in an x ray and had to took some medicine for a while. Today I had asame problem and found the blood in mucus as well. Please guide me that these are not the indication of lung cancer.

Was having cold 3 days back.....now chest congestion is still there and unable to breathe when sleeping

I've been having cough for a week now took mucolytics, had nebulizations but still no relief, i also have hoarseness of voice. Until the symptons are still the same with no improvement.

My nose is blocked for couple of days and feeling like I have chest congestion. I think it is because of some kind of allergy.
