Chest & Breathing Problems

I'm having chest tightness all day, everyday, sometimes mild, sometimes a bit severe. These last months It's gotten worse. I started having these symptoms 2 years ago. At first it didn't make me feel discomforted, but now I can endure it anymore. A year ago I did a spirometry test&chest x-ray, all were very normal. Might I have asthma? I don't cough or wheeze, just breathing difficulty and chest tightness. Neurologist said I have spasms. Should I do spirometry again to be sure I havent asthma?

I've been using Levolin inhaler for the past 8 years !! Is there any problem using it daily ?? Daily I use 3 puffs of the inhaler ! I can't stop using it., If i stop using it .,it causes asthmatic problems.. is there any problem.. I'm 22 years old male
