Chest & Breathing Problems

I am a student nurse and I have a patient with category 1 ptb. I wanted to ask what does fibroreticular densities with cicatricial changes mean. This is the impression written in his x ray plate. What breath sounds would I expect to hear?

I hv frequent cough runny nose nd asthma like breathing problem from last 4 minths...c sec in feb 2017

Every morning at about 3-4 am , i wake up because of breathlessness, my lungs makes sounds as i breathe,after i take my inhaler(foracort 200),the sound ends and i feel better, then it is accompanied by running nose and continuous sneezes, i feel weak and have headache sometimes. i do not know what to do. please help

I have a problem of allergic cough and cold throughout the whole year and it gets worse during the seasonal changes specifically when winter comes. I have problem of continuous sneezing and running nose. During winter it also causes wheezing in the chest at the time of breathing. Right now I'm taking Avamys spray and Romilast L 10 . The problem of sneezing and running nose have been solved so far but the wheezing is still there with cough. Please advise me how to overcome it. Thank you.

I am facing upper back pain around my neck and shoulder. Sometimes i feel slight breathing problem also, but not always. I feel foul smell while sneezing. I have done spirometry and result is normal. I have vitamin d deficiency, so taking vitamin d medicine. Even i sometimes feel pain in my hand joints also. Please suggest some solution for upper back pain. And want to know the exact reason also

I've been having sone trouble breathing. Its like theres a big stone that's stuck in ny system that cause my chest to ache when I'm inhaling. Lately, it happens often especially when I eat chocolates, when something or someone get on top of me, when walking with a heavy bag, when theres too much people around me, when I cry, sometimes it just happen to trigger without further notice. It is a more complicated stuff than Asthma??

I have been diagnosed with asthma. Spirometry result showing 60%.I am taking foracort 200 inhaler, azeflo spray, telekast 10, allegra 120, Azithromycin 500 for last 4 days . I have intense frequent and persistent coughing for months. I still feel irritation and swelling in front of my throat/neck below the chin. More time to recover or cancer?

I am a heart patient, have gone through bypass surgery 15 years ago. Whenever I exercise or exposed to cold, I start coughing. I have asthmatic symptoms, my friend suggested albuterol. Is albuterol nebulizer treatment ok for a heart patient??

High WBC, soreness in chest, soreness in arm/shoulder, shallow breathing, night sweats, no fevers.

It was back in 2013 when the first time un facing Dry cough, then i consult with doc and he gave me montilukast 10mg+ Doxophylline. About 10-15 days ago um noticed SOB, Dry Cough, mild wheezing. Then today i consult with doc and he gave me IGE, DC, ESR, HB% & CXR -PA test. Result as follows: IGE- 215.5 IU/ml CXR- Normal Findings WBC- 10,000 ESR - 08 HB-16.6 DC: Neutrophils-71 Lymphocytes-24 Eosinophils-01 Monocytes-04 Is there anything to worry about? Thanks in Advance.
