Chest & Breathing Problems

The report says that my chest xray is normal. As far as my history is :- M27 smoked for 5 years from 2020-2022 about 3 a day and from 2024 august-sep 19 2025 about 7-8 a day. Went to pulmonologist for PFT which was normal in august. Now, my xray shows a round white thing. Whats this? Marked it.

Had dns with sinusitis from past 15 yrs and migraine from past 5 yrs and mild gastric from past 3 yrs i face much problem when i expose to ac i feel like I can't take breath and also i cant say my brain feels like i should come out of it only ac exposure time when i move to normal temp everything will be fine i asked to ent doctor thinking it could be due to sinusitis but he said it might be asthma or some lung related issue i do not have any cough also only breathing difficulty what it could be is it sinusitis only or any other .Chest x ray also done for gastric issue diagnosis  it is normal this difficulty I'm facing from many years what it could be??

My sil wants to get pregnant but she is suffering from moderate obstruction with poor reversibility as per pft reports. Can she become pregnant? Or not? Will this health condition affect her and her baby..?

Respected Sir/Madam, why do Doctors take Mild PAH as easy thing? Is it very common in young adults? I recently went for 2D echo, whole echo came normal except mild TR and Mild PAH. I got really very concerned seeing mild PAH in echo report and contacted 3-4 Doctors in vicinity but everybody's is saying that no need to worry. But I'm still concerned contemplating what if it gets increased in future? Please guide me regarding this. Thank you so much

I have asthma till 18 years age then resolved now 29 when iam climbing hills shortness of breath occurs.is it because of asthma but I don't have asthma now.is it related to previous asthma or not.

My mother was treated for pneumonia and recovered completely (nov to jan 25 ).Now she's experiencing a cough, fever, and sputum again. Can you tell me if it's tuberculosis or pneumonia?

Is Mild PAH serious? I recently went for 2D echo and came to know that I have Mild TR with Mild PAH. Is it concerning in my case, please see my report. Report attached

She is currently getting treated in hospital for HMV virus. She had a 60+ RR and the saturation was at 92 when admitting in hospital. With 2 days in ICU her RR came down to 40 and saturation increased to 98. However, after 1 day her RR increasing and the saturation is at 92% with 0.5 oxygen. Is this critical ? And how man y days would it take for her to get normal?

I’ve noticed a recurring pattern with my cough. It appears frequently and lingers for a long time, especially when the climate changes — starting then and continuing until summer. The cough isn’t completely dry or with much phlegm. It’s usually not severe, but whenever I have coffee or anything sweet, it suddenly worsens for a day.
