Ongoing and worsening symptoms

I am 23, active (walk a few miles daily and do crossfit 3X a week), eat healthy. I have hashimotos for about 5 years and it is well controlled. Some about October I've started having some symptoms that are worrying me. The biggest one is fatigue, I'm so tired all the time I want to sleep and sleep and I rarely feel awake, I also have frequent headaches (it's becoming almost daily), I have had a slight appetite decrease recently (which is fine because I want to lose some weight--for cosmetic reasons). I currently have a swollen lymph node in my neck but it's only been there about 2 days. I am achey often not due to my working out. I am anemic and I take iron daily and it doesn't help much with my ferritin levels). I can provide lab results. I just have that gut feeling that something is wrong. not sure what category to put it in so I put it in cancer because I'm worried that's what it is (I'm not a hypochondriac, but I had the same feeling before being diagnosed with hashis)

Cancer doubt

I read some symptoms of cancer on the internet which highlighted symptoms like changed fingernails, bloated abdomen and changes in menstrual cycle. Though I am not too worried. But I identified with these three symptoms and just wanted to confirm if there is some extreme condition. My menstrual cycle is otherwise normal and cramps are also part of it but it is not excruciating pain. But there has been a slight change. Like a normal cycle is of 28 days in between two periods, my next period started in 23 days. For eg, I had my periods in March on 1 March which ended on 5th March. Then they began on 28th March and ended on 31st March. This was going on since January, but the difference was of only 1 day. But in March, I have had periods twice technically. Although I don't see a problem with this, but I read the symptom and wanted a confirmation. I have been a fairly skinny person till the age of 19. But I gained some weight over the past few months and now I am around 53 kgs. Please help
