Prostate Enlargement , PSA = 74
My Father's MRI and Blood test reports revealed enlarged prostate (~42 gms), PSA = 74 , wanted to know about possible next steps to undertake and possible treatments available. Below is the Opinion as stated in the reports : MR images Revealed Prostate( ~ 42 gms) with soft tissue intensity lesion involving the right seminal vesicle extending/invading into the prostate, most likely neoplastic. Further evaluation/transrectal biopsy is advisable for confirmation
