Cancer Care and Treatment

I can feel small small granules growing at the tip of my anus....there's no pain or sensation but am scared that it is cancer...i never have it before i recognised it since one month back

Today after rectal polyp biopsy -moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma,wanted to know other investigations to be expected.I am Dr.Gupta.The pt is my brother in law living at Yelahanka.no insurance .Yasaswini-Yes.Please advise.

My uncle was admitted in a hospital 10 days ago after the family physician diagnosed jaundice and an enlarged liver. However, after medical investigations, it was found that he has cancer and very high bilirubin. Could you please suggest what should our next step be? I had Cold abcess two years back , when i strated to take medicine there is puss formed in my neck then the doctor undergone laproscopic surgery in my neck But the abcess is still there in my lymph node . The doctor advised me to take pills for TB i have taken for 6 months . In the 3rd month the surgery was done . In the end of 6th month the size of the abcess was reduced but it is not completely gone . Now i am feeling pain when i try to rotate my head completely . My doubt is "the abcess is  still there ,is there possiblity for tb reinfection or that abcess is cancer ... If it is tb reinfection is there any possibility to reduce it with pills or i should do surgery

Can radiation therapy to the spine cause damage to the spine? Especially in case of a partial paraplegic patient with atrophy in the spine from D8 to D10.
