From 15days on my right breast in arm side area a red spot... What is reason? it's not so painful .plz help me

My Aunt is suffering from Lung Cancer metastatis. She is in Chemo therapy. We want to try to Immunotherapy. Could be help with howmuch cost it will be (in UK)? how effective it will be? Life span/success rate? Side effects

My father (63 yrs.) - diagnosed Stage IV colon cancer in march 2016; 11 chemotherapy and 10 radiotherapy in DHRC Delhi. On alternative medicines (ayurvedic) since Nov 2017. Having frequent motions and pain since July 2017 due to tumor blocking stool. Possible to have colon stents or laser ablation or radio therapy to give him some relief in pain?

I have undergone 3 PEB chemo for pleural effusion and mass in lungs, history of testicular tumor. AFP came down to 33 but mass is still present. What to do next.
