I have found two lumps on my neck on the left side both below the ear. They are painless. Am i in serious trouble?

I don't know. But I think this is a cancer on the anus. Can you please help me? Because I'm so worried.

I had Cold abcess two years back , when i strated to take medicine there is puss formed in my neck then the doctor undergone laproscopic surgery in my neck But the abcess is still there in my lymph node . The doctor advised me to take pills for TB i have taken for 6 months . In the 3rd month the surgery was done . In the end of 6th month the size of the abcess was reduced but it is not completely gone . Now i am feeling pain when i try to rotate my head completely . My doubt is "the abcess is  still there ,is there possiblity for tb reinfection or that abcess is cancer ... If it is tb reinfection is there any possibility to reduce it with pills or i should do surgery

Can radiation therapy to the spine cause damage to the spine? Especially in case of a partial paraplegic patient with atrophy in the spine from D8 to D10.

I am inquiring for my niece she have bone marrow issue since 6 years. In 2010 she had fever then she started loosing weight so we admitted her in Sahyadri hospital Pune. since then every year doctors are doing bone marrow test every year in month of june. since then till now she is taking one tab IMATINIB Mesylate TAblets 400mg/per day .

Red spot on my right breast with no pain and lump but on upper side of breast their is some lumps that painful. It's not so hard and movable. When and touch it for breast examination it their is some pain and it's become pink.. It's really sign of inflammatory breast cancer.
