My Father is in diagnosis for Multiple Myeloma.He had been around 25 radiotherapy sessions and 13 chemos so far.At 1st chemo he has " M band 3.65GSM % and Beta2 MicroGlobulin is 1700.ng/ml.After 12th chemo it has been reduced to " M band 0.22 and Beta 2 MicroGlobulin around 1600. Doctors are suggesting for 6 cycles(24 chemos). 24 needed? 16 is fine

My mother will be undergoing the AC chemotherapy. With ADRIAMYCIN + CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. I want to know what diet she should follow just after chemotherapy as she also had a gall bladder removal 5 years back.

Oncologist suggest me to go on Chemo,radiation therapy. I had orthopedic oration 1 year back and there are 2 metallic rod , on in hand and one in leg. Does these metallic rod can have any impact on chemo or radiation therapy. Please suggest.

Hi Sir/ Madam, My Aunt is 60 year old and she had recently diagnosed with Liver Metastases which has been spread to gall bladder and to stomach and also lymph nodes has been seen nearby area. She is in critical stage. Can you help regarding this. If her survival rate can be increased. Or any clinical train going on where she can enroll.

I had used cool lip tobacco for about 4 years.I stopped using it in 2014.Will it cause cancer..? Sometimes I feel pain in the back side of neck..., Ear pain while chewing...

Noticed in March that my inguinal nodes were swollen in my right side. Got an ultrasound of the area which showed two swollen nodes, which were both 3-4cm in diameter. Had a lymphadenectomy on one node to send off to pathology. The pathology came back inflammatory. It has been 3 months since my surgery and the other lymph node continues to grow.

I have been having non itching rash diarrhea fever in several time of the year.my allergy report and ANA reports are -ve. doctor suspects carcinoid syndrome. Is All carcinoid syndrome mean cancer???
