Which cancer causes fasting hypoglycemia without reactive hypoglycemia in non diabetic patient?? Fasting glucose - 51 to 58

My mother is suffering from Low Grade Gastric Malt lymphoma in the Body of Stomach. She had weight loss and low appetite and the biopsy reports shows no carcinoma found. Would like to know if chemo will be good to cure this or we should continue with the antibiotic treatment. If Chemo we should give then what are the impacts. Please let me know your valuable suggestions.
