I have been coughing from last 5-6 days. Feelng loss of appetite and weakness. Mild headache. Fatigue. Can it be lung cancer?

I have cancer for 6 months my chemotherapy is going on r-chop cycle is given .have I identify weather is cure or not

I was recently diagnosed with a 5.8 x 1.8 x 1.5 cm intramuscular lipoma in my adductor magnus muscle. My primary feels it should be biopsied. Since I do not have insurance I would like to know how important this is.
