Impression : verrucous epithelial proliferation with subepithelial fibrosis with mild chronic inflamation is it related to cancer or simple boil ?

Does CA - 125 blood test diagnose leukemia  ??? ( Cancer Cells ) Or Any other blood test required???

Today I noticed a non movable gland with little pain under my armpit by pressing the area it hurts little and a slight line of redness is there but above skin surface there isn't anything its all beneath the skin. Please suggest some measure as I am really worried that is it a cancerous gland?
