Sir my since 3 months my gas problem was in my stomach but no pain, and now from tomorrow bubbling occurs in lower half quadrant. But gas is less now but bubbling occurs almost whole day. No pain sir what are the symptomps of these are my stool test report

I have got a swollen gum (it bleeds sometimes) for a month and it didn't go back to normal although I went to dentist. Dentist said it is not to be worried about.
