Patient had carcinoma in retro-molar trigone, for which surgery was performed on 28 feb 17, followed by 5 cycles of chemotherapy and simultaneous radiation for 6 weeks. Within 4 months of the end of Radiation, PET Scan shows mild encasement in the region of left external and internal carotid arteries by ill defined soft tissue. And also shows necrotic area in the left submandibular region. Also there is left vocal cord paralysis.

I had abdomen scan during that scan it was found that incidental adrenal adenoma is it harmful

I've been experiencing swollen lymph nodes in my groin on and off of rah least 6 months. They are painful and go away after about a week then another one will pop up on the other side. Is this cancer?
